From Us to You

We the Crème Premiers (a.k.a CEOs) traveled to Turkey and hand-picked the manufacturers of our carryalls. We ensure that neither inhumane conditions nor child labor were -- or ever will be -- employed in the creation of our products. We are proud of our manufacturers and as partners, we both share a commitment to quality.

Our carryalls are made in Turkey. Our scarves are made in Turkey and India. All products are packaged in the United States.

One-of-a-kind and Special Order Products

Some of our products are limited in quantity as we produce several one-of-a-kind designs. These products will be noted with an asterisk and availability on the item's individual view details page.

A few of our products are available by special order only. These products require a phone call or e-mail to order because some features of the product are not readily available.

In order to make a purchase please log-in. All you will need, once logged-in, is a major credit card. We accept all major credit cards, including Master Card, Visa, and American Express.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please shoot us an e-mail at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it within 24 hours of your purchase. We want to ensure you receive your order as soon as possible, and therefore, cancellations made more than 24 hours after a purchase may impede our expedited service. We cannot honor requests after 24 hours; however, you are welcome to return the product(s) within 10 days. Special order products cannot be cancelled or returned.

Returns

Team Crème stands behind the design and craftsmanship of all our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us hassle free. We will be happy to exchange your product(s) at equal value or refund 100% of what you paid within 10 days of purchase with the original receipt. To assure a full refund the item must be returned in its unused condition and in its original packaging. Special order products cannot be cancelled or returned.

Additionally, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we encourage you to complete the short survey provided so that we can swiftly rectify future circumstances.
