Shopping with Crème is a fun, easy, and reliable experience. Start by browsing our online collections. Add items to your cart and follow the on-screen instructions. Your total shipping charges are automatically computed when you check out. If we have the item(s) in-stock you will receive an instant order confirmation via e-mail. (How will you ensure this). Your item will be securely packed and shipped directly to you. We will only charge your credit card AFTER we have processed and shipped your item(s). Shipping and payment options vary depending on your location. Please note that quantities are limited and are subject to availability.

- When will my order be processed and shipped?
Please allow 1 business day for your completed order to be processed and 2-5 (I think 3-7 is better) days for shipping. Orders received on Fridays and or Saturdays before 1pm CST will be shipped on Saturday and will be received no earlier than the following Monday. Orders received on Sunday will be processed and shipped on Monday of the same week. Our business hours of operation are Monday through Saturday 9:00am to 9:00pm, Eastern Standard Time.
- How will my Crème item be shipped?
We ship via either of the following carriers: USPS or Fedex Additional Charges may apply for Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. International Shipments will be directly charged to your Credit Card.
- Do I need to pay sales tax?

We want to ensure that you receive your order as soon as possible, and therefore, cancellations made more than 24 hours after a purchase may impede our expedited service. We cannot honor requests after 24 hours; however, you are welcome to return the product(s) within 10 days. Special order products are not subject to cancellation and may not be returned.
